Ashford Harbour Board meetings are held on  the 3rd Monday  of each month at the Capron Ridge Clubhouse.
 
Ashford Harbour Irrigation schedule:
 
Ashford Harbour I (Ballinton and Kinsale):  Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 12:01am start time.  There are 16 zones, and each one runs for a half hour.  If you need to know which zone your home falls in send an email to ashfordharbour@gmail.com.
 
Ashford Harbour II (Donegal):  Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday – 12:01am start.  There are 15 zones, and each one runs for a half hour.  If you need to know which zone your home falls in send an email to ashfordharbour@gmail.com.

~ HOA Updates ~
Dear Community,
 
It has come to our attention that there is some confusion among homeowners regarding what type of homeowners insurance is required in Ashford Harbour. 
 
All homeowners must carry a full interior and exterior policy (H03 policy) and NOT a condo (HO6) policy.  The HOA carries NO insurance on buildings. 
 
Please ensure that you are carrying the appropriate insurance.

Wind Mitigation Certificates for Townhomes:
 
 
 
Dear Neighbors,
Update, we're up and running again for irrigation.
 
Several of you have complained to us that your gutters are full.  The HOA is not responsible for gutter cleaning.  If yours are full we recommend that you have them cleaned to prevent water from backing up and entering your home.
 
And finally, we want to remind you that there is no parking allowed on the streets of Ashford Harbour.  The streets are too narrow to allow emergency vehicles to pass if vehicles are parked on the street.  We have seen a lot of violations of this policy of late and wanted to issue a friendly reminder before we take the more aggressive action of hiring a towing company.  Each home has four spots: two in the garage and two in each residents' driveway.  If more is required, please park at the pool.
