Our next HOA Board meeting will be held Monday, August 17 at 6:30 PM outside the clubhouse.  The agenda will be as follows:

Ashford Harbour Board meetings are held on  the 3rd Monday  of each month at the Capron Ridge Clubhouse.
Ashford Harbour Irrigation schedule:
Ashford Harbour I (Ballinton and Kinsale):  Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 9 PM start time.  There are 14 zones, and each one runs for a half hour.  If you need to know which zone your home falls in send an email to

~ HOA Updates ~
Dear Community,
We are currently in a financial crisis as a nation. In order to ensure our Homeowners Association has sufficient funds to pay its monthly bills and to assist those that may be laid off from their jobs, we have approved an installment option for the quarterly assessment.
Effective for quarterly assessments on April 1 and July 1, 2020, you have the option of paying the assessment in full or by installment.

The full assessment remains for townhomes on April 1 - $447 and July 1 - $447.

For cottages on April 1 - $375 and July 1 - $375

The installment payments for Townhomes are as follows: April 1 - $150; May 1- $150; June 1 - $147; July 1 - $150; August 1 - $150 and September 1 - $147.

For the Cottages, the payment is $125 per month beginning April 1 and continuing like the townhome installments through September 1.

In September the Board will reassess the situation to determine the need to extend the installment option.
The coupon for each quarter may be sent in with your first installment payment for each quarter, i.e. April 1 installment payment coupon and July 1 installment payment with coupon. All payments will continue to be payable to Ashford Harbour at Capron Ridge HOA Inc. and mailed to c/o Space Coast Property Mgmt of Brevard LLC PO Box 628207 Orlando, Florida 32862-8207.

Please note in the bottom left-hand section of your check one of three installments should you elect that option and your unit number which can be found on the coupon to the left of the due date.
Additionally, to ensure the HOA has sufficient resources we are deferring non-routine landscape maintenance such as mulch replacement, tree, and shrub replacement until fall.
